iWantBrand (iwantbrand.net) is operated by CUCU VIOREL VALENTIN Persoană Fizică Autorizată, based in București, Romania. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
what we collect
- Quiz and form data: your name, business name, email address and your quiz answers.
- Follow-up consent: whether you agreed to receive one follow-up email, and when you agreed.
- Booking data: if you book a call, the details you enter in our scheduling tool, such as your name, email and chosen time.
- Emails you send us: the content of any message you send to [email protected].
- Spam protection data: when you submit the form, our bot protection checks technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics.
why we use it
- To send you your plan. You asked for it, so we use your data to take the steps you requested before any contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To send you one follow-up email. Only if you ticked the follow-up box. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by replying to that email or writing to [email protected].
- To schedule and hold your call. At your request, before any contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To reply to your emails. At your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To protect the site from spam and abuse. Our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- If you become a client: to perform our contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet accounting and tax obligations under Romanian law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
The quiz generates a recommended plan from your answers. This has no legal or similarly significant effect on you, and no decision about you is made solely by automated means.
who we share it with
We do not sell your data. These service providers help us run the site and process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare for website hosting, form processing and bot protection.
- Resend for sending emails.
- Calendly for booking calls.
- Google Workspace for our business email.
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as offered by each provider.
how long we keep it
- Quiz, form and booking data: up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.
- Follow-up consent record: as long as we need to prove you gave consent.
- Client data: for the duration of our contract, and afterwards for as long as Romanian accounting and tax law requires.
If you withdraw your consent, we stop sending follow-up emails immediately.
your rights
Under the GDPR you can access the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.
You can also file a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
cookies
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our bot protection and booking tool may use strictly necessary technical storage to work. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
